Check out this AMAZING, large-scale, scratch-built brass water column. We are adding the water tank at the "Chama Locomotive Shop" on the layout.

WOW!! Steve Strebel built this Pogue H style water column from brass many years ago and gave it to us to use on the Denver and Rio Grande Western model railroad we are building in our model shop, Garagemahal.

Now to figure out a mounting plate and footing, weathering, paint, and basic (NO WATER!) operation. This remote water column will serve as a secondary water supply from the wood water tank, equipped with its own water spout.
