This week we are finishing the sides of the pit and front edge of the entire engine shop - roundhouse area.

The inside of the turntable pit the rough concrete casting with a wood beam top onto which the rails can be spiked or bolted. this is made from extruded styrene foam board and plaster with a paper finishing decal.

And the pit made from furniture grade plywood needs to be finished and stained. Looks amazing!!
