I know. Another recipe. I have been preaching against copying recipes given online BUT that was the very ire I needed to really dive deeply into trying to find a recipe that transcends grinders and coffees. It is not a magic bullet, I am sure, and there is nothing fancy about it. So, please give it a try and let me know how it goes! I have been working on this silently for close to two years and am very happy with it now that I have had so many around the world try it in different contexts, with different coffees, and with different grinders and filters.
OH- of course, the TDS can range a bit. I have found with some really low quality grinders that produce loads of boulders and fines, hitting this time range can give a 1.2 or even slightly less, BUT the taste was superior to other grind sizes and recipes. Hope that makes sense!
