Always exciting when such a renowned company like Baratza releases a new model. In recent years, it has been obvious they have lost the relevance they once held tightly due to the release of so many competitive grinders in the same price range. So, will this move to modernizing their grinder be enough to regain said relevance? Or is it too little too late?
