This fight is even longer than the main game final fight, as you have to make THREE parties to cycle through three full phases. It's quite a bit fairer than the Gorgon sisters, though, but it's also difficult enough to be energizing. (It's the main reason why I didn't bother to show equip/augmentation here, because the video is long enough already.)

Phase 1 is, in my opinion, actually the hardest phase of the fight, mostly because everything hits pretty hard, and building up a defense is really difficult thanks to their nasty habit of spamming Vortex. The red gate has 999 MDEF while being resistant to all physical elements, and the mystic weakness it has basically doesn't matter because of that MDEF (only Marisa can pierce defense to take advantage of it). The blue gate is a lot easier to hurt with no defenses and weakness to all four main elements, but it also resists physical elements even harder than the red gate. They will use an annoying field spell every 5 turns, and get stronger as more turns pass; the red gate in particular because terrifying past turn 12 because it starts using Comet to hit your entire party for like 800-900 damage. Your best bet is to use weapons that have resistance piercing either built-in or on augmentation tree to kill the red gate first, and then use private square Sakuya to kill the blue gate; it worked out a lot better for me than when I tried to kill the blue gate first only to get nuked by Comet repeatedly afterwards.

Phase 2 is mostly obnoxious because the main boss has really high physical/magical barrier built-in, and calls in so many adds. As long as both mirrors are alive it has 90% barrier, but even when the mirrors are dead it still has 50%. However, it is super weak to poison and will take more damage from it than normal (with mirrors dead it takes 5x poison damage), and since it doesn't have defense against debuff either Reisen can do some pretty decent damage to it despite the barrier. Litos is the best choice for nuking the mirrors and other adds, and her super ajan weapon can inflict poison if you feel like you need Satori elsewhere. Other than that, basically just hope that it doesn't start attacking your back row while you haven't gotten all the debuffs online yet, because it can very well one shot frailer characters without resistances. (I had Satori with swordmaster and axemaster's proof to prevent her getting assassinated, since she's my reviver for this fight so if she goes down the whole thing goes to shit.)

Phase 3 is actually the easiest phase, though it comes with its own annoyances. Like in phase 2, you need to kill the four adds to deal appreciable damage to the main boss (it takes 1% damage when all four elements are alive, and even with just one on field it takes only 50%), but when you do take out all four elements, the boss will spend the next turn using two nukes in a row. Youkai Night Tomb in particular is a physical attack that inflicts 999 fixed damage, so you need to guard against it with Reimu or Alice (preferably with Kagami equipped to not get killed by it), or maybe you can have Cirno inflict Freeze on it to stop it from acting that turn (I'm honestly not sure what would happen; all I know is that it has no resistance to freeze while no elements are alive). Aside from that, it also randomly uses Devil's 3-5 with no warning to deal 555 fixed damage to the entire party; this one is mystic element so you need to make sure your entire party always has enough HP and/or mystic resistance to survive it. Outside of those two, its next most threatning thing is... its normal attack. Woohoo. Oh and it does have an annoying field spell that it never used in this run, so don't be like me and make sure you have someone with another field spell to overwrite it. Basically just spend some time to buff up, kill all the elements, slam the boss with your best attacks on the next turn while Alice/Reimu/Cirno defends your team, then repeat. You have all the leeway you need since outside of the 555 damage nuke, it barely poses a threat on in-between turns. Oh and if you bring any physical attackers to phase 3, know that the main body has an EVA of *400* so make sure they either have chock full of ACC accessories or Byakuren's Never Fail (which adds 512 ACC at 100 IND so is enough by itself).
