Komachi will start off doing nothing but Slack Off until Eiki yells at her, at which point she'll mostly attack for real - but also sometimes just does a "Pretending to Attack", and after two of those she'll go back to slacking off. Eiki, when not yelling at Komachi, will very likely attack with Last Judgement, and occaisonally some other things. Komachi will go in permanent serious mode if you kill Eiki first, though, and her serious mode involve a lot of DTH inflicting attacks with up to 129% base chance, so equip for that.
Last Judgement is not guaranteed to be instant death in this battle, but without Reimu on the front you still need some serious HP/SPI investment to survive it, and I didn't want to bother with that. Eiki does have low HP, but also very high defenses so getting past that can be a chore when she's picking off your party one by one. If you can get past Eiki and have the DTH resistance needed, surviving Komachi alone should not be much of a problem.
