Event number 2 of my spectacular Sunday of trail running (the first race will be out next week) saw me head over to South Shields for the first ever Tidal Trails event with Events of the North!

Short summary... this absolutely rocked!

This one was about more that just the running - although the 8km route was equally challenging and scenic... sand anyone?! - as the event lasted all afternoon with live music, food and drink and generally awesome vibes throughout.
