What is happening my Little Peppers?!

I'll cut to the chase... this one was awesome! Yes it was hard work, yes the weather was absolutely awesome and yes, I enjoyed every footstep!

Join me for the Cowshed Backyard Ultra with Greener Miles Running. An event that sees a few hundred of us run a 4-mile lap on the hour, every hour, until only one of us remains!

I had a brilliant time with this one. Both at the run and pulling together the edit! Backyards are always an absolute vibe and this was no different!
