This one was rather tricky... both to run and edit!

What's it like running in gale force winds alongside a reservoir? Join Ultra Smid, Wayne and I and we'll show you!

Spoiler alert but I found this one tough, the wind was relentless, the course hillier than expected and although you don't see it on camera, I turned my ankle at around the 1-mile mark. Luckily it's nothing too serious but it made the already challenging conditions even harder.

Regardless... I enjoyed every footstep and I hope you guys do too!

Also, big shout out to Wild Deer Events, the marshals, volunteers and spectators. Putting on an event like this can't be easy in gale force, storm conditions!
