Well... how do you try and summarise the Great North Run?!

For a start, it's the World's largest half marathon!

But it's more than just a race, it's a celebration of running, a celebration of one another and a celebration of our region as a whole!

Have you ran it before? If so, what's your favourite part? The excitement at the start line? The Red Arrows over the Tyne Bridge (hopefully), the idea of sharing the miles with 60,000 other runners? The moment you cross the finish line?
