Welcome to Part 4 of my Husqvarna Chainsaw Rebuild Series!
This project began as a 3-part build, but to cover everything properly I’ve expanded it into a 5-part series. Each part goes deeper into the rebuild process so you can follow along step by step.

In Part 4: I focus on the reassembly of the Husqvarna chainsaw body and frame. This is where the saw really starts to come back together. From fitting the handle assembly and covers to reattaching key components, you’ll see the full process of rebuilding the chainsaw’s structure.

The Full 5-Part Chainsaw Rebuild Series:

Part 3: Carburetor teardown, service & clean (youtube.com/watch?v=MH8yKCNQGoU&t=94s)

Part 4: Body & Frame Reassembly (this video)

Part 5: Final testing & carburetor tuning (Nex)

👉 Whether you’re rebuilding a Husqvarna, Stihl, or any other chainsaw, the steps here will give you the confidence to put your saw back together after a full strip-down.
