Not all carburetors are made the same.

Genuine carburetors are produced by the same manufacturer, to the same specifications, with consistent materials and tolerances.

Aftermarket clone carburetors aren’t.

Clones are made by many different factories, often to different standards, using different materials, which is why performance, reliability, and lifespan can vary so much from one to the next.

That doesn’t mean all clones are bad —
but it does explain why one works perfectly… and another fails straight out of the box.

This Short explains the real manufacturing difference, not brand loyalty or guesswork.
