The Everything Everywhere All At Once Full Body and Brain Warm-Up... use when you only have 1 minute to warm up :)
There aren't really any major muscles or joints that this combination doesn't touch... and the contralateral antagonist activation really fires up your brain and muscle coordination.
After posting the upper body-only version of this recently, I had a few people ask me why not ALSO do a squat at the same time.
Well, I decided, even better, let's do a simultaneous reverse lunge as that will better bring in the glutes, hams and quads!

The coordination is even more challenging and the mechanics end up being a bit different but wow, does it work.
This one definitely has a learning curve.
In terms of how to coordinate it and balance it, when you're doing an overhead dumbbell extension with your left arm, your left leg is in front and you're stepping back with your right leg.
I'm using a pair of 20 lb dumbbells here.
If you try it, video your first attempt and compare it to how it looks after you get it going :)
