Vertical "Dragon Flag" Leg Raises... this is a "dynamic isometric" exercise that really hit my abs and hip flexors strongly (biceps, too!).

I called it these because the base position is like a Dragon Flag rotated 90 degrees so you're vertical. So not REALLY a Dragon Flag but similarish body position.

This is tough right from the start and gets you an instant isometric contraction in the six pack abs (rectus abdominis).

Then the fun begins... from a bent knee position, extend your legs straight out in front of you.

When you extend your legs, it increases the tension on the six pack abs.
