This is a MONSTER on the obliques... it's a Single Arm Cross-Body "Push-Pull" Cable Crunch... and you'll be using your own body as part of the equipment.
** IMPORTANT FORM NOTE... you'll notice my OTHER hand is actually gripping under my leg, down by the knee.
This is not because my leg is cramping...it's a way to better lock the torso into the movement under heavy loading AND create a strong push-pull effect in the deep core muscles.
Because as you're PUSHING the cable forward, you're also PULLING against the underside of your leg. This creates torque in the core while you're ALSO doing the cable crunch type movement.

The leg grip locks in the torso MUCH better and allows you to use a lot more weight, partly by allowing that other arm to assist with the torso rotation via the pull.
That may sound like cheating but since it's an exercise I made-up, I say it's fine :) and it worked GREAT.
