An early dinner + early bedtime = a healthy rhythm 🧡
Seniors (not high school seniors) got it going on! 🙌🏼
✅ Eating early (several hours before bed) gives your gut time to digest the food so once you hit the hay 🛌 the body can focus on rest and repair.
✅ Going to bed early gives the body more time to release melatonin and get to work on the overnight “detox” that takes place on a cellular level! 😍
Am I the only one who used to think “early bird specials” were for the birds?! 🐦😆
Now I am convinced that the early bird DOES get the worm 🪱 and lives longer and healthier and happier because of it 😃
Are you an early bird 🐦 or a night owl? 🦉
I was a full-fledged dyed-in-the-wool certified night owl until one thing flipped the switch! Can you guess what it might have been? 🧐 (Hint: it wasn’t children 😁)
PS Beach hair, don’t care 🙃
