Issues with sleep are related with our daytime stress levels. If youโre busy, busy, busy, you canโt exactly expect to transition easily to tranquil, peaceful sleep the minute you slip under the covers. ๐ซค
I know this firsthand ๐๐ผ since Iโm a go-go-go girl myself!๐
This is why I suggest, for deeper, more restorative sleep, building in transition time before hitting the hay. ๐๏ธ
One-two hours before bed:
โ๏ธ turn off screens
โ๏ธ read, play music, take a walk
โ๏ธ just โbeโ w/ no demands on yourself (not easy, I know)
Give a ๐๐ผ if you can relate to sleep struggles. And if youโd be willing to give any of the above a try. โบ๏ธ Iโll share more ideas for improving sleep in the days aheadโฆ ๐๐ผ๐ฅฐ
PS Everywhere Iโve traveled, from Ethiopia, to Mongolia, to Australia, the healthiest, happiest people honor their sleep rhythms in this way. ๐ด When have you slept the best in your lifetime and what do you think contributed to it?
