Dear friends, today I am going to introduce you something which is not connected to any transportation systems. You can enjoy a short footage from the day of the demolition of the unfinished building of the PPC Rodina in Sofia (Bulgaria). The demolition operation has been made with controlled explosions. Construction of the building began in the late 1980s, with plans to use it as a publishing and printing complex. With the advent of the 1990s and the change of regime in Bulgaria, the building has never been completed and for almost 3 decades it has been sitting as an ugly monument near the busiest boulevard in Sofia - Tsarigradsko shose. Today, 04/26/2020, the larger of the two buildings was blown up. The other and smaller building will be mechanically destroyed.
What will appear on its place? Still don't know, but I am hoping it will be something beautiful and functional!

Скъпи приятели, днес ще ви представя нещо в страни от транспортната тематика, а именно кратко видео от деня на разрушаването на недовършената сграда на ИПК Родина в София с помощта на контролирани взривове. Строителството на сградата започва в края на 80-те години, като плановете са да се използва като издателско-полиграфичен комплекс. С идването на 90-те и смяната на режима в България, сградата така и не бива довършена и вече почти 3 десетилетия седи като грозен паметник край най-оживения столичен булевард - Цариградско шосе. Днес, 26.04.2020, по-голямото от двете сдания бе взривено, а другото, по-малко, ще бъде доразрушено по механичен път.
Какво ще се появи на нейното място? Все още не се знае, силно се надявам да е нещо красиво и функционално!
