This is a BRAIN warm-up/wake up, NOT an exercise for building muscle or strength!

Never a dull moment around here...

This is a warm-up I do occasionally when I'll be working more technique-heavy exercises like barbell clean and press or when I'm not feeling like my brain is fully engaged when doing normal warm-ups.

Because of the contralateral antagonistic movement (e.g. tricep extension with the left hand while bicep curling with the right hand) and focus required, this IMMEDIATELY gets the brain dialed in for training.

It ALSO doubles as a shoulder and elbow joint, bicep, tricep, deltoid, upper back and core warm-up, too (almost your entire upper body).

Does it LOOK insane?... Absolutely. Does it work? Yes, it does.
