I've got a challenge for you! So I was watching American @NinjaWarrior a few days ago... I don't know if you can tell... :)
This is a fun challenge that I like to do every once in awhile to see how many times I can traverse up and down the two angled bars I have set up in my rack, keeping my feet off the floor with hips and knees bent 90 degrees.
I managed to get to 5 times up and down before everything kind of locked up on me.
My challenge to you is to see how many times up and down this setup YOU can do!

One rail is set high and the other rail is set lower to get the angle (about 25 degrees, I'd guess). The bars are set about a foot or so apart and the top bar weight collars are hooked on the high rail to keep them from sliding.
The trick is when you go to turn around at the top and bottom, reach across with an underhand grip in order to re-orient your body in the other direction.
