Barbell Rack Stop Rows... this is essentially an elevated landmine row, using the rails of the rack to create the pivot point AND to create an isometric stopping point at the top of the row to work against.

This one really digs into the upper back nicely... you can get a good stretch at the bottom by shifting your weight back a bit at the start.

Then at the top, the rack rail stops the bar and you can pull into the bar to get a stronger contraction.

This one gives you benefits of both the barbell and dumbbell row in one setup... arcing movement of a machine, stability of a barbell with some of the freedom of movement of a dumbbell row.
