My review of the 1967 novel The Big Hunt. This is the '13th book' from famed British western writer J.T. Edson and features Mark Counter (from the floating outfit series), Calamity Jane and frontiersman Kerry Bannon. Bannon escorts an English Lord on a hunting trip and they encounter wild animals and wilder people along the way.
