"My name is Rachel Thompson. I'm a practitioner of Mike Fitch's 'Animal Flow'. I describe 'Animal Flow' as bodyweight training based mainly on the floor. You spend a lot of time on your hands. It looks a bit like yoga, a bit like moving yoga and it's influenced by loads of different bodyweight training forms. So capoeira, freerunning, yoga.
'Animal Flow' has opened up my world of fitness. It's introduced me to a whole new way of training. It's made my whole body stronger, more flexible. Sometimes life gets a bit stressful so it's nice to release, you can just lock yourself in a studio/get yourself outside, switch off and flow."
