I like to see more videos where both the strength/the repping is on display and the freestyle elements are on display. And I really dont want to see two camps build up. Where youve got one camp thats like, Im about my reps and Im not feeling what those lot are doing, and another camp saying Im about my freestyling and repping is boring. People are creating camps where there dont need to be camps, creating divisions where there dont need to be divisions. So I hope that doesnt happen but thats what I see happening at the moment - that team mentality. Which is good. Its good to have a team of people that you roll with but not to the point where youre not going to talk to someone else because theyre in a different team. Or youre afraid to go and workout with another group because youll be disloyal or something. No, I dont play any of that, Ill train with anyone. As you get older you focus more on the health side. Like for me, this time around vanity wasnt enough to get me in shape. I needed to actually see people in my family breaking down through lack of exercise and losing their mobility and losing their independence. That was the extra bit that I needed to get me motivated this time around to get out and train. So Ive got a different kind of view of it. I just think we need to think, maybe we should just think, bigger about things and be happy for everybody who is working out. Filmed and edited by Ify Osi.$
