This was a fun one to do with the bongo and cowbell overdubs. Nothing tricky or fancy here, just a great straight up rocker…
One interesting thing to note is how the bongos cut out whenever the cowbell comes in. I don’t think I ever really noticed that before.
Edit: it’s been pointed out that I missed the single hit at the top of the song. Well, I did and I didn’t. I hit the bass drum but played it heel down because I didn’t want it to be loud considering it’s hardly audible in the actual song. You can hear it though. There is also a quiet snare hit there in the song but that’s the part that I did miss.
Should I do “Help” next and stay on the movie title tracks?
