The Adventures of Elliot The Millennium Tales launches today on Nintendo Switch 2, and this video kicks off a full playthrough series starting with Part 1, covering the opening prologue as Elliot answers the King's Summons to investigate newly discovered ruins outside the Kingdom of Huther.
Developed by Square Enix and Claytechworks and produced by Team Asano, the creators of Octopath Traveler and Bravely Default, The Adventures of Elliot The Millennium Tales is the first ever HD-2D game to feature real time action combat. Set on the continent of Philabieldia, where beast tribes overrun the land and the Kingdom of Huther is protected by a magical barrier maintained by Princess Heuria, the game follows adventurer Elliot and his fairy companion Faie on a journey spanning a thousand years to fulfill a millennium mission.
This opening part covers the King's Summons to investigate the newly discovered ruins, Elliot and Faie's exploration of the area, and the urgent distress call from adventurers in need of help in the Mist Ruins, ending just as Elliot enters the Mist Ruins.
