In this episode I look at the 1991 release of Outrun Europa from US Gold. This was not the sequel we expected to get. In early press releases we're shown three different versions of the outrun sequel.
Eventually it only got one review in Your Sinclair and coverage seemed to have disappeared from the other magazines. Dean Swain hid a colored version in the original code for the first stage which I will be looking at in this video. I hope one day Dean will finish the rest of the stages and give us a glorious technicolor version of the Outrun we all deserved.
