Exterminator Audiogenic 1991
You control a giant disembodied hand that stomps around suburban houses, squashing bugs, grabbing flies, crushing soda cans and toy tanks, swatting wasps, and generally cleaning out rooms of mutant vermin in a frantic first-person-ish 3D view. Clear lanes of floor tiles in each room, finish the house, then move on to the next one down the street. It’s goofy, squelchy fun with some nice animation on the hand, frantic pace, and on the128K a decent take on “Flight of the Bumblebee.”
This is heaps of fun, so get bug squishing.
