Ah, Domark's 1991 conversion from the Atari’s flashy digitised arcade brawler the one with real-life actors, crowd cheers and actual scaling sprites. “Yeah, let’s cram that into 48K and a tape deck. What could possibly go wrong?”
Well apparently everything. This is like playing a beat em up on a Teletext page.
And yet, there’s something weirdly charming about the sheer brass neck of it. Some mad lad at Domark looked at the hardware specs and said “scaling? Digitised sprites? Simultaneous two-player? HOLD MY CASSETTE LET'S DO THIS.”
