Same Haarp attack on the rain in the Texas panhandle, but on a second day. The rain was squashed very quickly. Ten Haarp "smoke ring" roll clouds were seen on the GOES east satellite, which is proof of a Haarp attack.
This technology is killing our planet, and every living species, by melting the Arctic Methane. This will increase greenhouse gas by 300 times in just a few decades. Please learn what is happening, and demand this technology is stopped, or re-directed to keep the Arctic frozen, and bring moderate rainfall and temperatures, within their transmitting areas.
