This is part 2 of an AMAZING Haarp experiment! They are trying to create a man-made Low Pressure (CCW rotation), using the high pressure downburst (CW rotation) from the Gakona Haarp. By positioning the downburst at the center of a very tight wind gradient in the jetstream, they thought the jetstream might torque the disturbance enough to spin up a low pressure (CCW rotation). You'll have to watch all four videos to see if it was a success, or not.

This is amazing proof of a basic experiment in weather control (weather warfare), using the 3 billion watt, high frequency beam, from the Gakona Haarp transmitter!
