This is the second Haarp experiment caught on video. In this case, on May 5, 2014, they photoshopped NINE separate satellite images, to hide what they were doing. I still think they are trying to find a timing geometry, which will produce a Low Pressure, using the High Pressure downbursts from pulse heating of the upper atmosphere. WORSE YET, this may have been an effort to trigger the BIG earthquake in the pacific northwest. To trigger an earthquake, it takes a LOT of focused ELF radio energy, and that makes clear patterns in the clouds, which they completely hid from public view. So, it might have been another experiment, or it MIGHT have been an attempt to create the long feared Pacific mega-quake. I don't know which it was. The positions of the Moon, the Sun, and Jupiter, will determine if it was an earthquake attempt. Please post this info if you know where to find it. This Haarp coverup is a perfect example of why this program cannot continue in secret any longer!!! This technology is being used to melt the Arctic Methane. If it continues, you have only a few years to live. The entire Earth will be a BROILER OVEN in 16 years, if Haarp is not stopped.
