This is a crystal clear, HAARP downburst, over Oklahoma. It is designed to continue the drought in Missouri. This video proves the rings are not a cold front, "gravity" wave, or outflow from a thunderstorm. If it was an outflow of cold air, from a collapsing thunderstorm, it would not have multiple concentric rings. Nothing in the temperature maps, or pressure maps, can explain these circular, concentric, rings. However, at 10,000 feet up, there is a pocket of dry air, being pushed down, in the same spot, as the HAARP dry air downburst. This falling dry air, is NOT explained by anything, except the man made high pressure of a HAARP downburst. There may be violent storms, later, as the dry air aloft will intensify the thunderstorms that are downwind.
For some reason, they did not photoshop the satellite maps, so they are letting everyone see the concentric HAARP, dry air, roll clouds (thank you for that!). We, the people, have paid for these programs, and we have every right to know WHAT is being done to us, WHO is doing this to us, and WHY are they doing it. Get involved, get active, and get organized, so we can stop these programs.
NOTE: Starting at 7:53, I made a mistake, and pointed to an orange area in Oklahoma, as being falling air. The red is rising air. The gray spot in Missouri, is the falling air of the Haarp downburst. This happened at 700 millibar, or 10,000 feet altitude, and matches the center of Haarp ring.
