This proves the black area, between the hurricane and the big island (from Part 1), was photoshopped into the satellite image. The water vapor satellite image was NOT BLACK ahead of the hurricane, but was blacked out to hide the chemtrails, which were steering the hurricane.
The proof is the Total Precipitatable Water map http://tropic.ssec.wisc.edu/real-time/mimic-tpw/epac/main.html
It clearly shows there was NO dry area between the hurricane and Hawaii.
To steer the hurricane, the chemtrails were laid at a low altitude, causing rising air (a separate low pressure) ahead of the hurricane. This would act as a "vacuum cleaner", and pull the center of the Hurricane straight to Hawaii. Hurricanes are focused at sea level, so a low level wind would move the hurricane. This explains why it moved straight toward Hawaii, when there was NO jetstream to push, or pull, it!
WE CAUGHT these weather warfare devils in a lie!!! This is a big deal folks!!!
I hope everyone can spread this information around.
We need a congressional hearing to force these weather warfare managers to testify, under oath, in public. That is just step one, but it is absolutely necessary!
