Hurricane Polo has been blown apart by the Baja Haarp transmitter. This is the third hurricane that could have brought heavy rain to California, but was deliberately destroyed, and/or steered away from California, before it could bring rain.
This hurricane is over 84 degree water, so it should be INCREASING in strength, instead of suddenly blowing apart. Also, the weather forecasting services said it weakened, due to "wind shear aloft". Well, there is practically zero wind, aloft, so that explanation is just a cover, for the Haarp downburst.
In only one month, there have been three hurricanes form, south of Baja, and each one could have brought significant rain to California, if the Haarp operators had not destroyed them. This is a very significant crime, and the people of California need to find the evidence, to issue arrest warrants for EVERYONE involved in this covert program.
Note, the hurricane had strengthened, and gotten very compact by the next morning, on Sept 21, which means the Haarp downbursts stopped overnight. However, they resumed after sunrise, and the hurricane was blown apart again, by mid day, Sept 21. As the video said, the water is so warm, the storm will automatically strengthen, and reorganize, if they stop pressing dry air, down on top of it. I was not going to upload this video, as I wanted a full 36 hour view of the break up, but Youtube is able to crash my PC, causing me to loose the older views. So, I will go ahead, and upload this version. I also wanted to add the sea surface temperature map, but was not able to.
A longer time view would have showed the way the storm strengthens overnight, when the transmitter can't reach it, and then gets blown apart after sun-up, as they re-build the daytime ionospheric reflector. That is normal, as these Haarp transmitters can only reach out, about 400 miles at night, but much farther, in the daytime, with the use of daytime ionospheric mirrors.
I sincerely invite any real meteorologists to correct me on any of these hurricane related statements, which may be in error. It is of utmost importance, that we have unimpeachable data, which is our best ammunition, in the fight against these criminals, who are behind the man-made drought in California.
