This video shows Haarp downbursts breaking up a powerful low pressure, off the coast of California, between Nov 30 to Dec 3rd, 2014. Absolute proof is shown, of descending air, being pressed down (clockwise rotation), on top of a powerful, Pacific Low pressure.
Also, this video shows proof of dry air, being pressed down, over the Sierras, to reduce, or prevent any snowfall. The snowpack in the Sierras will become irrigation, and drinking water, next spring and summer.
So, these Haarp operations are a criminal act of fraud, treason, and genocide, against the people of California.
Also, this video shows the locations of two California SBX Haarp transmitters. These two SBX-type transmitters are probably causing the dry air, to be pressed down, over the Sierras. The "clear line" radar anomalies only show up during the daytime, when the Haarp transmitters can reach out 1,500 miles. (UPDATE: the clear line in the north is due to Mount Shasta, blocking the radar, and causing the shadow.)
The evidence shown in this video is very powerful proof, of weather warfare, directed against the people of California.
Please contact your congressmen, senators, state legislators, and federal investigators, and make them aware of this fraud, covert warfare, treason, and genocide, against the American people.

Use social media to create a local group, who will help with the forms, and petitions. This is the only way, that elected officials will care about this problem! UPDATE: Here it is, six days after this video was made, and they have STOPPED messing with the Pacific Jetstream! That is why California is getting rain for the last few days. I hope this video has made a differerence, as there are meteorologists who are looking at what happened to that big low pressure area, and scratching their heads. So the SBX cover is blown! Maybe the 1,000 year drought in Cali is OVER??? Let's hope so, but only the coming weeks, and months will tell.
UPDATE dec 11 14: From Billy Hayes, here is one of the megawatt microwave transmitters that may have caused the California drought. Just paste this into Google Maps: 39° 8'11.04"N 121°21'6.37"W
This is definitely a megawatt transmitter. The building next door has TEN, huge, natural gas turbine generators!
Note the safety fence, that is 1,000 feet from the transmitter. This is to prevent anyone from getting cooked.
Also, there are two sets of large power transmission lines, that go back to the high voltage substation, in Smartsville, here: 39.208978,-121.303246
One of the main power lines comes from a hydroelectric generating station at New Bullards Bar Reservoir, here: 39.330974,-121.191696
The other main power line is coming from the hydroelectric station at Englebright Lake, here: 39.235203,-121.268732
