The HAARP Report | HAARP Signal on Oscilloscope 9 KHz 4-20-14 @thehaarpreport9203 | Uploaded April 2014 | Updated October 2024, 7 hours ago.
Live HAARP signal shown on oscilloscope. Strange modulation may be a way to open up a waveguide in the ionosphere. Weird pulse train, repeating at 9 KHz, with inside frequency of 48 KHz. This very low frequency is really weird, with no known explanation. This signal was recorded when the HAARP downburst was happening in my area. When the satellite maps show there is no HAARP downburst, the signal disappears.
Make your own detector with a 1 pound roll of 36 AWG wire, with a ferrite rod in the middle, and connect the coil directly to a digital oscilloscope. You WILL see this signal, when they are doing a downburst of dry air in your area! Please post the signal you see!
