When the Haarp downburst of dry air moves over existing thunderstorms, the storms are intensified, as shown here, over Nebraska and Iowa. This means that Haarp is a true weather weapon, which can change a normal thunderstorm, into a long lasting, killer storm.
By heating the ionosphere, 50 to 100 miles up, it is like a balloon popping, with a sudden pulse of dry air pressed down into the upper jetstream. This video shows the dry air pressed down over western Nebraska, and the normal jetstream dragging the dry air over existing thunderstorms in eastern Nebraska. Dry air OVER a thunderstorm causes "increased convection", which is just standard meteorology.
So, when the Haarp downburst of dry air presses down over a storm, the storm dries up, and disappears. BUT, when the Haarp dry air is carried by the jetstream, OVER thunderstorms, they become much more energetic, and dangerous.
This happens because dry air is heavy (diatomic nitrogen = atomic weight 28), compared to humid air (water vapor = atomic weight 18). So the air masses are trying to change places, which causes hail, tornadoes, high winds, lightning, and flooding.
With this information, we can now see that BIG areas of dangerous storms can be MADE TO ORDER, as long as they start west of the Dallas to Fargo line.
Why would someone do this? By buying "put" options on insurance companies, and knowing the exact date the stock price will fall, a Haarp insider can turn a few thousand dollars into millions of dollars, in a few weeks. Don't think for a minute, this is not happening!
We need scientists and meteorologists to verify this weather warfare against the American people, and also have congressional hearings on these covert programs.
Don't think that since "it is on Youtube now, so somebody is doing something to stop it". Nope! If YOU are not doing something to stop this, then these programs will continue, and get worse. We all must get informed, involved, and coordinated, to demand hearings, and fight these programs at the local, state, and federal levels, if this covert warfare is to stop.
If you are in Congress, or are a state legislator, please step forward and DO something (your constituents will love you for it). At least, fund a commission to study this, and sponsor legislation to stop photoshopping of the satellite maps. If the maps are obscurred, we loose some of our power to fight these programs.
One way to fight these criminals might be to look at who is shorting, or buying "puts" on insurance companies, in large quantities, with a short expiration. Also, the criminals may be buying "calls" on grain futures, knowing the man-made storms will reduce the harvest, and drive grain prices up.
