Haarp and Chemtrails are violations of the 1979 UN Environmental Modification (ENMOD) Convention. These geoengineering programs have increased the deadly form of ultraviolet by roughly 1100%, since 2002. The chemtrail aerosols contain metals which are toxic to plants, animals, and humans. Spraying Aerosols is a violation of the Rome Statute against genocide, from the ICC at the Hague. The ICC should issue arrest warrants for the people responsible for these programs, and those people should be brought to trial, on genocide charges. The Nazi Nuremburg trials need to be repeated, in the modern day, as the combination of chemtrails, and Haarp, are killing planet earth, and millions of people, world wide. The increased, deadly, UV is caused by chemtrail metal particles being "boosted" high into the atmosphere, by the vertical mixing action of Haarp. Hundreds of Haarp "downbursts" happen daily, over the western hemisphere, which moves the metal particles up, into the ozone layer. The particles break down the protective ozone layer, which is allowing the MOST DEADLY form of ultraviolet, the germicidal UV-C to reach the surface. UV-C breaks DNA in seconds, and kills everything. UV-C has not reached the surface, for millions of years, but is now happening every day. The UV is killing coral reefs, plankton, and any plants or animals which cannot shelter, or adapt, themselves. This is intentional eco-terrorism, and genocide.
Congressional hearings are needed to stop the Haarp, and Chemtrail melting of the Arctic. This video shows strong evidence of geoengineering being used to push warm air into the Arctic. As the shallow, Arctic, sediments melt, they will release enough methane to increase total greenhouse gas content, by 300 TIMES. If this continues, it is a death sentence for planet Earth. So, this warm air pushing into Alaska, over and over, is an act of planetary genocide and terrorism.
