This shows how hurricane Marie was killed, before it could bring rain to California. Even though it was broken up, it was still shown on the visible satellite. The satellite image was badly photoshopped. It looked like a phonograph record, with the spindle sticking out of the middle (pin the tail on the donkey?). The water vapor satellite image proves that it was already broken up, when they were putting out the fake image. There is NO predicted rain for California from this powerful storm, and that is more proof that the storm was killed on August 27/28. The reason for the Haarp downburst on the west side of the storm, in Part 1, was to hold it long enough to kill it. After they "let it go", it was pulled very fast, by the jetstream, away from the Baja HAARP transmitter. All of California is dying, which is 158,000 square miles. This is a crime beyond words, beyond our everyday idea of evil. I request that the Provost Marshals, in the US Military, find and arrest these criminals. I request the judges at the International Criminal Court, at the Hague, write arrest warrants for the people running these programs. I request the California Legislature begin to investigate these weather anomalies. I request that people collect laboratory quality rainwater samples of the first raindrops - use a new sheet of plastic to capture the first rain, and save it in a clean jar. That rain contains chemtrail particulates, and is proof of the weather warfare that is killing all plants and animals. Deadly ultraviolet radiation, and aluminum poisoning is killing everything.
