High resolution NASA satellite image proves the Haarp transmitter was sending power east to central Texas, drying out the clouds.
The GOES west satellite image was photoshopped, as the swirls downwind of the transmitter were smeared over. This video is proof that the GOES satellite images are photoshopped, and are basically garbage.
The clouds in east Texas are all pure North/South, perpendicular to the Haarp beam. These ELF clouds usually form at right angles to the incoming Haarp transmitter beam.
The concentric rings around the disappearing cloud is proof that Haarp was used to dry up the clouds in south Texas, and push dry air to the surface. This dry air removed the rain forecast for the next day. Normally, clouds increase with the heating of the day, but here, the Haarp drys out the clouds before they can make rain. The satellite maps have been photoshopped to remove most of the detail, so even the weather forecasters will not be able to use these maps anymore.
Please build the Haarp detector coil, so you can tell everybody when your area is getting a Haarp attack, and then getting a man made drought.
This technology is killing our planet, and every living species, by melting the Arctic Methane. This will increase greenhouse gas by 300 times in just a few decades. Please learn what is happening, and demand this technology is stopped, or re-directed to keep the Arctic frozen, and bring moderate rainfall and temperatures, within their transmitting areas. It is just a software change, to turn this from a demonic, planet killer, into something that would benefit mankind, and give us enough time to figure out a solution to prevent the Arctic Methane Doomsday.
