This video is seven hours after Part 1, and the Pacific low has been completely broken up, and destroyed. If this low pressure system had been left alone, it would have brought a LOT of rain to Washington state, and could have prevented the terrible Carlton Complex fires, which burned over 400 square miles a few weeks later.
I request that several congressmen begin a public hearing on this weather control technology, bring in the operators, and force them to testify under oath.
The American people paid for this technology, and we have a right to know who is in charge, how it is used, and why.
Our planet is dying rapidly now, so there is no longer any need for personal fear. Your only fear should be, that one day you will regret not getting involved, to do everything possible to save your family, and your world.
Every Pacific low pressure system has been killed by the Alaska HAARP, before they could come onshore, and bring rain to California, Oregon, and Washington state. This is the main reason for the California drought. This is just another example of the dozens of storm systems, that have been squashed by the artificial high pressure of the HAARP downburst.
Chemtrails are also causing drought in California, as they create a hot air layer aloft, i.e. a "capping inversion", which prevents thunderstorms.
HAARP heats a small area in the ionosphere with a billion watts, causing very rapid expansion. This hot spot can be moved around every .01 seconds, with great precision. This expanding air causes dry air to be pushed down, on top of storms, drying them out, and causing drought. It is especially easy to do, when the storms are near the Gakona transmitter, as shown in this video. In only seven hours, a powerful low pressure was scattered, and destroyed.
Some of the HAARP transmitters are being used for beneficial purposes, such as preventing hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico.
