Here is a triple, HAARP, dry air, downburst, shown on Nexrad radar. This dry air crushed the thunderstorms before they could bring rain to Lubbock, Texas. These downbursts were not shown on the Goes satellites, as those images are doctored to hide the HAARP and chemtrail evidence (altering satellite images should be made a federal crime). Meteorologists may say these are just outflow boundaries from collapsing thunderstorms, but I don't buy that, as outflows from collapsing thunderstorms are always a straight line, never a circle, and never three simultaneous circles. This is proof of HAARP dry air downbursts, which prevented rain over Lubbock, Texas. The Texas drought machine is back in action, after getting normal rainfall in the spring of 2014. During the last four years of drought, rain storms would magically stop at the New Mexico state line, as shown in this video. This happened every few days, for four years.
