Haarp is being used many times each day, to prevent Hurricanes from forming in the Gulf of Mexico. I am NOT promoting this technology! I believe each, and every, Haarp downburst blows a section of atmosphere out into space, and that air is lost forever. Also, these expulsion events cause a vertical mixing in the upper atmosphere, which causes the metal nano-particles of the "chemtrails" to be mixed up into the ozone layer, destroying the ozone, and letting huge amounts of deadly UV reach the surface. Deadly UV-C is now reaching the surface, which has not happened, for hundreds of millions of years. UV-C is germicidal, and destroys DNA in a matter of seconds. My own measurements confirm that, cancer causing UV-B has increased 1550% over the last twelve years. It is certain that "chemtrails" destroy ozone, and are increasing the deadly UV reaching the ground. But, the only thing that can account for UV-C reaching the ground, are the Haarp downbursts, since they cause extreme vertical mixing of the upper atmosphere, that moves the nano metal particles up, tens of miles above the Earth's surface. This increased UV could explain the death of coral reefs, and tide pools, all over the world, better than acidification, and ocean warming. The start of mass extinctions of amphibians, insects, plants, and forests, coincides with the increased use of Haarp, starting in the mid to late 2000's.
We must stop these geoengineering programs, or we are all dead!
If any professional meteorologists can explain these expanding bubbles of clear air, please comment. I would love to proved wrong on all of this! (it is such a nightmare, I wish there was another explanation.)
