The HAARP Report | Houston Drought Rainfall Totals after Haarp 4 29 14 @thehaarpreport9203 | Uploaded May 2014 | Updated October 2024, 5 hours ago.
This shows the rainfall totals, the day after the Haarp beam was swept in a linear fashion, like an inkjet printer, making 14 straight lines of "outflow" boundary clouds over the gulf coast. This pushes dry air down, over the Texas gulf coast, preventing rain from falling into the Houston reservoirs. The fourteen straight lines are not explained by the surface, or jetstream, pressure maps. It was not caused by a dry line. It was a HAARP downburst, which was swept over the coast. This drought treatment is done to the Texas coast EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! And, espcially to south Texas, there is a circular "cut out" of rain visible most days. You can watch the daily precipitation totals map here, to see the rain pushed out into the Gulf, and the circular cut-out in south Texas: intellicast.com/National/Precipitation/Daily.aspx
The best way to prove a Haarp drought attack, is with a coil of wire, and an oscilloscope, and verify the Haarp signal is present during the downburst of dry air.
Sorry for the lousy narration, but I'm a nerdy scientist, not a media person. Please comment, and I'll answer any questions you might have.
