This shows some data, indicating the US Navy, on Oahu, breaks up EVERY approaching hurricane, by using ionospheric heaters. Three hurricanes, aimed at Hawaii in two+ weeks MAY be a low level international conflict, using the classified weather weapons (ships with megawatt microwave phased array Ionospheric Heaters). Everyone on this planet must DEMAND a moratorium on these weapons of mass destruction. The first step in getting an international treaty is for each country who possesses this technology to acknowledge their own programs. Each country must realize these weather weapons cause severe damage to the ozone layer, killing the oceans and forests. So. for the good of all living things on Earth, this technology must be banned! If not, we are looking at another cold war escalation, but THESE WEAPONS WILL BE USED CONSTANTLY, since they are covert. An international treaty could be verified by satellite monitors, just as the JFK's nuclear test ban treaty was monitored by seismographs and radiation monitors.

UPDATE, I changed my mind about disclosing any technical details about heating the D layer of the Ionosphere. Do we really want every tin-pot dictator, with $100k, terrorizing his neighbors with drought, and punching holes in the ozone layer? No we don't! It was my ego, wanting to show off. Anytime ego, or self interest, gets involved in these disclosures, the person becomes another tool to help kill the planet. My apologies!
