Out wild camping in the Scottish mountains with the Terra Nova Laser Compact AS — and things didn’t go to plan…
What started as a calm forecast quickly turned into a proper wind test overnight. In this video, I put the Terra Nova Laser Compact AS tent through its paces in real mountain conditions to see how it actually performs when the weather turns.
This isn’t a full review just yet — more of a first impressions and honest look at how the tent handles moderate wind in the wild.
I’ve got mixed feelings so far… and I’ll be doing a full follow-up once I’ve spent more time with it.
📍 Location: Beinn a' Ghlò, Scotland.
Originally heading for Ben Vuirich, I ended up camping on Sron Na H-Innearach — which turned out to be a pretty exposed spot for the night.
