This is my Part 2 of 3 of the last few steps of the chassis assembly.
I forgot to mention the Part C5 for the battery box, its more or less a spacer if you use a 6 cell pack, a 7 cell stick pack will work too, ( I recommend a pack that's 3,000mah or greater if using a NiCad or NiMH, a 2s or 3s lipo would be best with at least 5,000mah). Please Note; the TXT-1 Aluminum Battery Holder # 53516 (OP-516) does not come with the truck, i said it was in the box, i put it in the box, left over part from my TXT-1.
If you are going to use an Old Novak Super Rooster ESC or Novak/traxxas EVX esc, the battery box does hold two 6 cell packs side by side, and can be held in place with a velcro strap. Also note, the radio plate has an antenna tube mounting point as well as the battery box.
