Following the success of the first album from the Australian TV series, “Sweet And Sour”, ABC released a follow-up. The series was created by Tim Gooding and Johanna Pioggot and Johanna wrote some of the music.
This song from the follow-up album was written by David McComb of the Triffids. The band had a solid following in Australia, the UK, Sweden and Belgium, scoring with a number of singles and albums. Alas, David, who also contributed to the first “Sweet And Sour” album, passed in 1999.

Hailing from Norway, the group debuted on record in 1884 with the original version of “Take On Me”, which only charted in Norway. This re-recording, produced by Alan Tarney, followed in 1985 and did the trick It was #1 in the US, Australia and Germany and #2 in the UK.
