With an extensive career in the music business, Stefan Zauner helped found the great German band, Münchener Freiheit, in the early 80s. The band’s hit recording were moistly limited to Germany, although they did have a Top-20 UK hit with “Keeping The Dream Alive” (German title: "So lang' man Träume noch leben kann") in 1988. The song has appeared on various UK Christmas compilation albums ever since.
Stefen left the band in 2012, opting for a solo career but a number of his recordings – such as “Fang An” - have been made with his wife, Petra Manuela.
